Summerโs over & I feel my cold weather frump coming on. This year, Iโm not going to let it take over! This year, Iโm going to make some small changes to keep my energy up, keep motivated, and keep moving. You can do it to!
1. Eat more veggies.
*Iโm not giving you the โwhyโ on this one โฆ Iโm pretty sure you already know. All summer, I eat a ton of fruit & fresh veggies. But once the fresh stuffโs not in season, I lose interest. This year, Iโm going to continue to enjoy fruit & veggies โฆ if I canโt find fresh that looks good, Iโll buy frozen. Fingers crossed โฆ
2. Walk a mile at least 3 times a week.
*Walking at a decent pace (read: donโt stroll, move your tushie!) keeps your metabolism working at a more optimal pace.
3.Eat more fish.
*Lean fish has loads of vitamins you might not get on a regular basis. Plus, itโs tasty!
4. Take a daily vitamin.
Speaking of vitamins, I have a huge bottle of Daily Multivitamins. I never take them. Itโs time to start. Check your cabinet ...
5. Start going to regular chiropractic appointments.
