Summer’s over & I feel my cold weather frump coming on. This year, I’m not going to let it take over! This year, I’m going to make some small changes to keep my energy up, keep motivated, and keep moving. You can do it to!
1. Eat more veggies.
*I’m not giving you the “why” on this one … I’m pretty sure you already know. All summer, I eat a ton of fruit & fresh veggies. But once the fresh stuff’s not in season, I lose interest. This year, I’m going to continue to enjoy fruit & veggies … if I can’t find fresh that looks good, I’ll buy frozen. Fingers crossed …
2. Walk a mile at least 3 times a week.
*Walking at a decent pace (read: don’t stroll, move your tushie!) keeps your metabolism working at a more optimal pace.
3.Eat more fish.
*Lean fish has loads of vitamins you might not get on a regular basis. Plus, it’s tasty!
4. Take a daily vitamin.
Speaking of vitamins, I have a huge bottle of Daily Multivitamins. I never take them. It’s time to start. Check your cabinet ...
5. Start going to regular chiropractic appointments.
